So far I cannot come up with one negative thing about MorCan Direct. Our broker is Simon Hanvey and he has been exceptional. I trusted him from the beginning. He demonstrated hard work and dedication to my husband and I. He was very thorough and listened to our needs. He spent a significant time finding the best rate and lender for us. He was also very patient with us and did a great job answering all of our questions. He spent a lot of time reassuring us and explaining the details of the mortgage and the whole home buying process. The process is not complete yet since our home is still under construction and the closing date is a few months away, but we feel confident that Simon will help us through to the end no matter what happens from now until our closing date. I would recommend MorCan Direct to anyone.
