I called this company to tell them that their product was being mis-used by a CT. Doctors office. They told me it was to be removed by using soap and water...Instead of being ripped off my chest like cartoon band-aid...Instead it left a red n purple mark on my chest for 5 days...and it still hurts. I was greated by person who In my estimate showed compassion, for me as a customer The next person, to whom I was going to give my information to so...Preventice Services , ..could call the very office where their product was being removed poorly, and damaging the patient's skin and causing pain and suffering...... the next person, or so I was told by the first person I spoke to...told me " She told me to tell you that you should take this up with your doctor, because we did not apply it to you." WOW THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEIR PRODUCT IS BEING MIS_USED>>>EITHER BY PUTTING IT ON>>OR TAKING IT OFF...
