Good local diner. The omelets are good. They've got some yummy creative breakfast sandwiches - the Monte Cristo uses French toast for the bread - yum! They make a solid French Dip and their au jus is on point. The biscuits and gravy are the jewel in their crown. Really, really tasty. Everything you want your biscuits & gravy to be.

The service left something to be desired. I was in at 1pm on Sunday just after the brunch rush. It wasn't too terribly busy, but out waitress still seemed overwhelmed. She was quite short, sharp, and dismissive with us. I sent back obviously burnt toast most wouldn't have served. On an earlier occasion she brought us the wrong order and insisted so vehemently it was our mistake, we just ate it. If they had just one more server on at peak times it would help, I think.

Lots of parking, in a strip mall lot, right off 99 in Lynnwood. I'd go back. 4
