Fairytale structure as soon as you arrive, you seem to return to the past and relive historical emotions, but as soon as you immerse yourself in reality you immediately realize that that first impact had been only a dream. I was in this hotel for a wedding and consequently decided to stay for 3 nights. Upon arrival I am assigned the room but unfortunately it is a small hole without air conditioning and bathroom in very bad condition. I kindly ask that I be changed, since in the booking I had read that the rooms were all air conditioned, and kindly grant my request. Second room delivered and as soon as you enter nothing to say about the dimensions, but as soon as I enter the bathroom the cleaning leaves something to be desired. I venture into the shower and after 5 minutes practically the bathroom is all flooded. Contact the reception and they send me to a maintainer who looks like the classic all-rounder, opens the siphon of the shower and pulls out so many of that hair that you could fill a pillow, exclaiming it can happen. Not to mention, he wipes the bathroom with the towel he used to dry the water on the floor a moment earlier. At my request the room is changed again and at the end we say that it is acceptable. For the rest I can tell you that for 3 consecutive mornings the breakfast has always been the same with the same products, food in my opinion of poor quality not to mention the marriage that took place in the same structure. It is a pity that an ancient and so beautiful structure is managed in a superficial way and neglecting very important aspects such as the cleanliness, the quality of the products, and many other services that in a 4 star should live up to expectations. So, in my opinion, don't be fooled by the beauty of the structure, a strong point that makes you want to make reservations, because inside unpleasant realities await you.
