Central location but difficult to reach by car. Parking spaces are occupied all the time, especially by employees working in the area. Wheelchair access is difficult due to stairs at the entrance. Even a person with little trouble moving would have difficulty entering the premises. This is given that most of the clients are people past their second youth.
The interaction with the employees is a negative one, their frustration to work for a company in difficulty affects the customers.
