I recently tried out a few products from Artisan Leaf and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the purchasing process was smooth. However, I found the product selection to be somewhat limited. The quality of the items I received was decent, but nothing exceptional. The packaging was standard and the delivery time was on par with other online retailers. I appreciate that the company offers organic options, but I was hoping for more variety in terms of flavors and blends. In terms of customer service, they were responsive to my inquiries but the overall experience felt a bit impersonal. While Artisan Leaf is a decent option for purchasing tea online, I think there are other companies out there that offer a more unique and exceptional experience.
