Can't give a 5 because the service advisor messed ...

Can't give a 5 because the service advisor messed up my first appointment so I had to reschedule. However since then he has been very good on follow up and helped with a repair that wasn't found when my car was repaired at a different collision repair shop following an accident by working directly with my adjuster.
