Crowded tropical flora displayed in a very warm and humid greenhouse with a delightful koi pond leads onto well kept gardens and an expansive lawn.
Very mature and tall trees adorn well paved grounds with obscure signage pointing the way to various 'exhibits'.
The Japanese Garden was of particular interest but ultimately a disappointment, with caged displays marring the view of some beautiful bonsai.
A small aviary housed some colourful bird species such as the Azure-winged Magpie and Purple Glossy Starling, both stunning.
Inside were some Finch species together in a large cage.
Peacocks roam freely and are not afraid, bold enough even to jump on the tables outside to peck at the leftover baked beans from another visitor's lunch.

The cafe offers a selection of snacks and desserts from super food salads, gammon egg and chips, fruit and cakes.

There are a few play areas and playgrounds for little ones (toddlers).

All in all a lovely place, with absolutely loads of wonderful plants that I haven't even touched on.

Entry reasonably priced too.

Would recommend.
