My latest purchase, a Lexus Hybrid SUV, was my second one with Auto Quest and the experience was excellent. I worked with Robert, who I worked with on my first purchase 9 years ago, and he went out of his way to please me and make the experience great. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in without any negotiation. Due to the new vehicle being delayed and having to turn my trade in over to them, they gave me a fantastic loaner car for 5 days that was over the top. The new vehicle had tires that were marginal so they threw in four new tires to make everything perfect. I can't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.
