Collision rep couldn t be friendlier or more accommodating. NL was on an approved list of State Farm Automotive Service providers. Multiple trips to the dealership have ensued where the work was not done properly to begin with. 2015 Sienna (25000 miles) has been in their shop going on it s second month. After panels were realigned we returned to pick up vehicle. Got it home and the same afternoon we were unable to start the vehicle. The battery cable was left disconnected from the terminal. I will file a grievance with State Farm. Be wary.

Update: ****so in case you haven t picked up on it there are no actual responses from management. What is happening in the background after our Family van spent a month in the shop after a minor traffic accident is that the vehicle is pulling to the right where it never had done before. I ve also noticed some misalignment issues with the panels. I ve called Frank, the collision center manager but haven t received anything in the way of a reply.
