I just got back from a trip to Los Angeles and had the privilege of staying at the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel Hotel. Upon first arrival, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I was always given a friendly smile and kind words whenever I arrived or left the hotel.
