Deposit 500 dollars into the account and my money ...

Deposit 500 dollars into the account and my money never posted. Called and went into the branch the same lady who I talked to in person and over the phone told me to call my bank to see if they see it which I did they said they didn t see it. I called back this morning and asked to speak to a manager no answer. So basically the bank got a free 500 dollars
