Doctors are extremely nice and professional but front desk staff are unprofessional and rude they seem to look at the patients as cattle rather then humans. My mother has heart failure and was about to pass out in the waiting room and the lady at the front desk told her to go sit back down it's not her turn in line. She ended up passing out and they still had no sense of urgency and made her continue to wait in the waiting room. If you value your family's life do not go to this ER
