We didn t have a choice of hospitals. My husband was taken there via ambulance after an automobile accident. The trauma care was excellent then it fell short once he got to his room. The lack of communication was aggravating to say the least. Waiting for an answer to a question would take more than a few hours! The left hand wasn t talking to the right hand.
