We have been customers for over two years with hardly any issues. About four weeks ago our internet just went out. Usually unplugging the router fixes it but not this time. Many phone calls later tech support told me a tower needed maintenance but they didn't know when it would be fixed. They came to my house and re-installed my equipment and it was fine for about a week. We are now back to it being dropped about once every hour and just no availability in the evenings. I truly think using your phone as a hot spot is a better option than paying $85 a month for this awful company that takes advantage of its rural customers.
