Was in for service and once you get help they were fine. But walking in not greeted or even acknowledged that someone will be with me for my appointment. No looking up from computer or nothing. I went to guy who seemed least busy and he said he couldn't help me and to wait for some other person. So waited in awkward silence waiting for something. But once helped he was good.
