I have been happy to use Electronic Arts for the last decade and a complaint made against me in January 2015 was settled to our mutual satisfaction at the time almost four years ago. I am a retired pensioner and have been playing SIMS 3 and SIMS 4 on a regular basis since they were both released.

However it seems that Customer Service has been outsourced to another country possibly for economic reasons and I now find that when installing my game to a new computer EA now have now decided to revive the already settled complaint and totally block downloads of all my extra content. Furthermore EA are refusing to reimburse me for more than a dozen extra additions amounting to a considerable amount.

For this reason I could not recommend Electronic Arts to other computer game players. There are other companies available who are able to supply business and sometimes at a discounted cost.
