I love how many cities on the Central Coast have summer activity guides that have classes for parents. I have enjoyed the classes that I have taken through SLO Parks and Rec. I think that their facilities are really nice and the parent groups through the San Luis Obispo Parks and Rec. Dept. are great. The main concern I have is with the ease of use with their website and the consistency of the classes in the catalogue and the actual class offerings. I tried to sign up to one of my daughter's favorite classes and it was very difficult trying to do online. Turns out the city did not have the correct times and dates. I would recommend other parents to seek out classes that they offer, as they are usually well priced! Overall recommend, just talk with the Activities Director before signing up for a class to ensure the info. is correct. 4 Stars:)
