Our experience was great in all aspects, the salesmen Jeff and the techs that installed our new furnace Brad and Nevin. They were very thorough and helpful as they went over the filter change schedule for the furnace and humidifier and how to fine tune the humidifier for the different seasons.
We opped for the wi-fi thermostat. After some tinkering and talking with Honeywell we came to find out it takes a little long to connect if using Android OS, my iphone had no delay. Android finally did connect after registering it with the iphone. All in all, very happy.
