Jose S. the main installer was great. He knew what he was doing and our major installation job kept on track and schedule. He worked well with Fernando O. and Ray B., instructing them along the way. However, Brandon R., the installation manager arrived for about 1 hour on the first day of our 4 day job. He told us he would be there each day and provide us with an update on the installation progress. That never happened. Brandon disappeared after that first hour and we never heard from him again throughout the entire installation and post-installation process. If that's the type of support they provide, BelRed then shouldn't promise something more. So we give BelRed a 5 star on their installation and the folks who did the work. We give the support/management end of BelRed a 1 (if that) star on their over-promise, under-deliver approach.
