Firstly, the service dept answered the phone promptly and were helpful. Secondly, I didn't have the receipt at hand but that wasn't a problem, the rep looked it up and said bring it on in. Thirdly, I was offered my choice of resolutions to the problem, both of which would have been acceptable to me. Overall, waayyyy better service than one normally expects in this day and age.
