The hotel itself was very nice! Our room was very spacious and the view was very beautiful! Cons were that when arriving at the hotel none of the bellman approached our vehicle or greeted us outside. Many husband checked us in and he stayed at the hotel as I ran an errand, as the kids and I came back inside the hotel later we did not know where the elevators were. The woman at the front desk was busy as we first got inside tho after several trips past her and other staff no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. I found a bar tender after a while who helped us.
As we left it was the same thing no one offered assistance outside again only 1 of the 3 front desk clerks smiled and said have a nice day. The outside waitress at the pool, the bar tender, and the one front desk gentleman were the only people who seemed interested in offering any kind of pleasant service. Wish I had remembered their names.
Hotel was very nice tho one thing that had me perplexed was What seemed to be whiteout on the elevator numbers? Just just didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel. We would stay again tho aside from the little hick ups we noticed.
It's wonderfully placed in the waterway you have a pretty good choice of entertainment and food around the area some even in walking distance.
