TO THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS AND ARE THINKING OF STUDYING HERE... DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!

Dear TAFE Queensland,

THANK YOU! Thank you for doing exactly what I expected! What an unbelievable appalling service I have ever received from an education institution! I've even received better from you in the past!
Something as simple as enrolling turned into a pretty much month long ordeal that as of right now, isn't resolved. A technical difficulty that sounds kind of easy (apparently I was told by one of your customer service representatives that it had happened to another student and it was resolved the next day) has taken weeks!
Why on earth you just don't have ANYONE contact me with a progress update is beyond me. I've called, emailed and messaged time and time again just to be told "Oh the administration of that department will have it fixed and be in touch ASAP and it has been escalated", early next week yeah right! Still nothing a week later. I emailed and messaged saying if it wasn't fixed by TODAY (18/2/2019) then I'm done... You can fix your error (which may I add shouldn't have even occurred because I haven't been "enrolled" since the end of September 2018 due to health issues and subsequently failed the subjects) and I will part ways and go through somewhere else.

You've literally lost me (but you don't care seemingly) forever.
Your service needs a major overhaul - peak enrollment periods or not, there is no excuse! It even looks like you don't even have a social media team to respond to posts or messages!

I wish I could give you zero stars!
