For the horrendous treatment you'd receive from Terry Herish, I would not recommend anyone going there. You are pressured, pushed and bullied throughout the entire process. If you don't purchase a house after 5 days of dealing with these people they will start bullying you to expedite your decision. He will show you 2 houses and expect you to make a decision to buy one or the other, regardless of whether you like them or not. Very unprofessional and would easily ignore your requests/concerns. He is a real scam artist, he will try to manipulate you and pressure you to make a decision just so he can make his pay cut out of it. Refuses to purchase a lower priced home that a customer likes just because he wants a bigger pay check. Stay away from him and his team.
