They had puppies that were just born, placed under an air conditioner after which they almost died ... in the evening rush for hypothermia phenomena assigned to them again under air conditioner in waiting room and then after 15 minutes of waiting and then air conditioner again focused on puppies ... quite angry official complaint filed and everything was pushed off why I am angry responded could not be by the bracket if again would come to me would be denied access to animal clinic ... but the complaint itself was not done .. because an air conditioner according to them focusing on newly born puppies is nowhere in the law that that is not allowed or good js I was told, and with that the complaint was rejected to the trash ...
