My husband and I went to every jewelry store in the Springs looking for a gemstone ring. We got okay service and bad advice on what kind of stone to buy until we came to this store. The staff at Luisa Graff was very helpful. Amanda Bradford was amazing. I was on crutches and she went above and beyond to make sure I saw every ring and every stone. She explained the hardness and quality of each type of stone. Every time I go in to get my ring cleaned the staff is friendly and welcoming. Twice, Andrew Graff has made sure my experience was going well. He is very friendly and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend this store for any jewelry need.
