5 stars for service level and 2 stars for the price increase. Since my last oil change at Honda World earlier this year, the price has increased from $38.58 to $49.76. The service representative implied that the increase was primarily due to the change in state sales tax, which was amended to include service. This would only explain ~$2.30 (6% KY sales tax rate) of the $11.18 increase. The service and the associates were top notch as always and I'm a big believer in the saying "you get what you pay for", but for $50 for each of 2 cars, I'll be price shopping, coupon cutting, and considering doing it myself in the future.
