This is the worst place in the state of Maryland to be the victim of a serious crime. I was shot in my neck and paralyzed from my brest down I ve been suffering from this and the guy that did it will be walking the streets freely very soon. The sates attorney made me feel like I committed the crime my voice wasn t allowed to be heard.
