Had a few minutes before I left to catch a flight, figured I'd check out a local shop on my way to the airport. Got some great help in selecting a 12-string acoustic, found one that played great and (crucially) fit my physical requirements (smaller hands, shorter arms). Super happy with my selection, shipping to my home state went off without a hitch.

In addition to the outstanding service I got, the store itself has a great selection and feels like a friendly place to try out gear. I'll be back next time I'm in town to check out that huge case of pedals and maybe an amp or two.
