I purchased a car from them on the 20th of Decembe...

I purchased a car from them on the 20th of December 2018. I am still waiting to get title and registration from them today (3-11-19) I have been in contact with them over the last 3 months and all I have gotten is the run around to the point I feel as if they have sold me a car they didn't own in the first place. My bank is asking for the title and I am in need of getting the registration for the car. Not to mention some of the cosmetic damage is coming apart from poor repairing.
