My daughter had scheduled a pick up after leaving her job about midnight tonight. Cabbie decided not to pick her up at her location. Called her and told her to go to another street blocks away. She was unable to go to location. She canceled that cab and requested another. Dispatcher gave her a difficult time. When I called to talk to manager they refused and hung up. I called back and was mad. They hung up again. There are better cab companies, unless you want your daughter stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood at midnight. Use Central or Private Hire.
