Our representative, Gustavo, is very friendly, accessible, and respectful. You can tell he cares about his clients and not just selling alarm systems. When we had trouble understanding the app and with a smoke detector he helped sort out the problems fast. When I had a connectivity issue with the doorbell camera which was taking days to resolve and a run around with calls I finally ended up in a call with Jordan and he promised to stay on the line to help with what he could. He proved to be patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. When my call disconnected he called right back and in minutes he helped me troubleshoot a problem I d had for days. As someone who works in guest services I value their level of interest in our concerns and problem resolution. I would recommend AMP to others based on this alone but they also have a well organized app going for them as well as their alarm panel including a duress code. Thumbs up y all and thanks for your services!
