Rented a brand new house built by Hermitage for 2 ...

Rented a brand new house built by Hermitage for 2 years, appalling. Whilst it's a nice house, the structure and fittings quality are very poor. Cupboards and drawers falling apart, light fittings not connected properly, dodgy wiring in the walls, exterior bricks knocked out of the wall the day before we moved in to install the hot water system, which was never filled in no matter how many times we contacted the builder, main shower leaked through the wall into the 3rd bedroom causing mould on the carpet, the skirting boards as well as bedroom furniture and other personal items. Would never live in another one of their homes unless it was built properly with good quality materials.
