I would much rather give this place a 0. Rude nurses.. Dr's don't listen. Substandard care. No one seems to know what's going on in care plans. If the problem is complicated..you're screwed. Lots of guessing for diagnosis without real proof of the problem.
Had to beg to have linens changed or to get help with a shower. Room was not cleaned daily. Husband almost died because of substandard care. Fortunately I took him to UW Med Ctr. They saved his life. But he lost his leg. And has been hospitalized since Aug. We have and will never have anything to do with Providence or anything affiliated with them.
