Poor service! A shame for any and all public services. Scandalously high prices, non-existent telephone service, arrogance in responding to complaints made by email, etc ...
As if it were not enough to "forget" to send the invoice by mail so that in the following month they charge in a shameful manner and without an appeal to the customer the amount of, amazingly, 8 on the pretext of sending notice of suspension. When called attention to the fact they imply that the customer is missing the truth. Have shame.
To rate this service with a star is to be very benevolent and only and just because you cannot evaluate with ZERO!
