I recently moved into a 30 year old house that I sarcastically refer to as the Money Pit. After having one of my garage doors slightly damaged during a septic repair, RCS came out to take a look. The technician was on time (a little early actually), friendly and professional. He took pity on my plight and got both of my garage doors stabilized and functional for a minimal cost. He then walked through the various options to replace both doors, generated a quote on the spot, but didn't pressure me at all to make a decision (he simply said "call us when you're ready"). Overall I'm very happy with RCS and when funds permit (and the Money Pit stops sucking my bank account dry), I fully intend to move forward with them on the replacements.
