my husband and I took our 2 toddlers to this facility and had an enjoyable experience until we discovered someone stole our double stroller which we paid 250.00 for from the stroller parking area. security claimed they had no recording of this area and that we were just at a lost. We were treated very poorly and unprofessionally. We will never return do to the poor customer service and every chid facility should have cameras in every area. so if you go hold your belongings tight.
