I worked with John O'Connor to look at a house that peaked my interest in downtown Toronto, as a first time home buyer. He was in no way pushing it on me and was looking at the place with the same critical eye I was. When I decided to make an offer, he suggested a number lower than what I had suggested. He also did an amazing job communicating with the listing agent and I believe it went a long ways towards making the right offer, at the right time, in the right manner (which was then accepted). Even though it was a short search, he has consistently made himself available at my convenience in every way and is great about simplifying parts of the process that can definitely be painful. Grateful to have had such a positive experience.
