Fireflex yoga is an average company. The quality of their yoga classes is decent, but nothing exceptional. The instructors seem knowledgeable and friendly, but sometimes I feel like they could push us more to challenge ourselves. Overall, it's a good place to practice yoga, but there's room for improvement.
