Whenever I go to the casino I expect poker or blackjack to be an excuse to socialize, with nice people, well dressed and interested in having a nice evening. Evidently it is like this only in Monte Carlo. In Lugano there are only slot machine addicts or professional poker players. If you belong to one of those two categories, it's the perfect place. Otherwise, go to the disco or speak easy.
