I bought a house with an inground pool and didn't know the first thing about taking care of it. Not only was the entire staff knowledgeable about what to do but they were all extremely patient with me and my ignorance to my new pool. They printed out step by step instructions of what I needed to do and then sat down with me to put each step into simple terms. If their instructions involved something to do with a piece of equipment, they would walk me over to the specific piece and show me exactly what to do. Bottom line...this is the place you want to be!!
