I have had a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful, polite and willing to go out of there way to help. Everytime I phoneed someone would answer. They are a UK call based organisation with customer service as their piority.I would highley recommend their services to others especially for those who have had a negative experience, you won't be disappointed .
