Totally agree with comments about this outfit having way to high expectations for letting anyone get a dog. How do you go to a meet and greet for a dog where they Q&A you then send out an e-mail declining your adoption because you indicated the dog might have to stay outside for short periods. Why don't they just tell you over an e-mail that they won't part with a dog for various reasons. Also think some foster homeowners don't want to let go and look for the slightest excuse to turn you down.
