It s mostly okay. Most of my providers are really great. But one seems utterly clueless because I am under the age of 65. Receptionists at clinic counters are the weakest link. I got to stand in line with 4 other veterans while 2/4 were socializing, one was making a phone appointment, and the last was just sitting there blankly. I also almost always have to wait well past my scheduled appointment time. I m writing this review 34 minutes past my scheduled appointment - this is especially ridiculous because it s an appointment for a vaccination... 30 seconds of work. Finally, good luck making an appointment. They ALWAYS tell you to walk in. If I had the time to do a walk in, or the inclination, I wouldn t have called to schedule an appointment. I am about one occurrence of this from really giving the receptionists a piece of my mind.
