I take my boys down to the small ballpit that is available, my boys enjoy it a lot but I think it should be a bit bigger. (not massive) Reception seems to be a problem with most people but my last experience with reception was very good but I have had a couple bad experiences in the past. The restaurant has lovely smoothies and I buy at least one every time I go in but I think the restaurant should provide things like chips or hot cheap snacks which will bring in more people because if I can buy hot food to provide for children I seem to spend more and stay longer if this is available otherwise were rushing round looking for food and a time limit at the small ball pit.
