Had a booking for 2 nights and 2 persons. Had to cancel half an hour or hour after the cancellation time was over. Didnt make it in time.
Okay, BUT the fee was 84.50 when the canceled amount was 150 (or something like that).
WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT????

I will leave 1 star + I will tell EVERYBODY that this site and that particular hotel are just scammers.

And absolutely NOBODY answers You on booking.com or from the hotel. So "exemplary" client service...
