Joseph was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. He took the time to inform me of the different things he was working on, how things work and repeatedly told me to feel free to ask him about anything if I had any questions. He was very concerned about my comfort, and whatever he did, my thermostat seems to be functioning better. He has a wonderful personality and appears to be A REAL PEOPLE PERSON. Joseph is definitely a very positive asset to your company. I know it was his job to do the things he d done, but it seemed his intention was to go above and beyond what was required. I felt like he really listened to me about my concerns. It felt like my son was in the house. Thanks Jon Wayne and thanks Joseph.
