I was extremely disappointed with Dr Nancy Todes-Taylor's attitude and service. I saw Dr Todes-Taylor for skin condition. My referring doctor wrote a comprehensive referral letter and Dr Todes-Taylor didn't even bother to read my referral letter at all. During the consultation I made several references to the referral letter and she had no idea what I was talking about. She didn't give me any treatment plan nor any suggestion of what my condition could be. She merely asked me to see her again in a week. When I asked her what's her plan when I come back in a week, she only said 'I will see you again.' I have been to a number of specialist and other dermatologists, she is the absolute worst. She made me feel that all she wanted was to make money and did not care at all about her patients. I told her about a topical cream that I have been using for 4 months, it didn't work and i have lost confidence in it. All she said was 'keep using the cream.' I cannot imagine a more irresponsible specialist. Don't go to her, she is a waste of your time and money!!
