We booked online and the pictures of the room and pools look amazing. But as soon as we walked in to the resort we were so scared to see the actual room. The smell WAS AWFUL and there were huge puddles all around the hallways. When we went to our room we were extremely disappointed/angry about the kitchen and beds being so old and SMALL. LOOKS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE PICTURES!! The whole resort is outdated and the pools were nasty. We went to the front lobby and told them we were not staying there and asked for a refund. The women at the front desk kept saying we could not have a refund so we asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely nice and understanding. He gave us a full refund.
