Loud construction at 7 am! I paid $300 to be woke...

Loud construction at 7 am! I paid $300 to be woken up at 7 am with a headache due to loud banging and drilling noise. I called down to notify them and their response was if I wanted to change rooms! Like I want to get out of my bed at 7 am to change rooms?! Absolutely ridiculous. It was a weekday amd not busy so I don't understand why I was given that room in the first place! I am so upset at the experience I had here. There was also no mat in the bathroom by the shower and my friend slipped and hurt her back. The bathroom floors are very slippery with no mats, so becareful! I will not be returning.
